  7. You will burn more calories the rest of the day
  8. Have an increased amount of energy
  9. You will be doing something for yourself
  10. You will be healthier

Sometimes we just have one of those days where the stars are not aligned in our universe and working out is just not on the agenda for the day.  No matter what your fitness level is you will have days where you feel that your motivation is lost forever.  If you have one of those days get up and start over the next day, push through your workout you will thank yourself in the end!
