Let’s warm up:

20- Jumping Jacks

18- Front Lunges

Repeat two times.

Now that we are warmed up the New Year fun begins:

20- Burpees

18- Butt kicks

20- Mountain climbers

18- Russian twists

Repeat two times.

End with a 2:18 second plank

If this is not enough of a challenge go for a 3rd round before your plank.
