Day two we got this.  I did a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill.

JUMPING JACKS

BURPEES

PUSH-UPS

JUMP SQUATS

OUTSIDE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

1 MINUTE WALL SIT

SIDE LUNGES

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT

Do 3 sets of 15 Reps with a 1 minute rest in between sets.

I followed with 15 mins cardio.  Happy Tuesday everyone!
