Warm up before you start any workout.

Barbell bent leg deadlift- 20 reps

Jump squats- 15

Bent over dumbbell row- 20 reps

Bent over flys- 20 reps

Donkey kicks- 25 each leg

Calf raises- 20 reps

Bicep curls- 20 reps

Rope hammer cable curls- 1 minute

Leg raises- 20 reps

V-ups- 15 reps

High knees- 30 seconds

Fast feet- 30 seconds

Complete 3 sets with a 1 minute rest in between.  I followed with 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill.
