V-ups- 15 reps

Bicycles- 40 reps

Knee to elbow crunches 40 reps

Heel touches 40 reps

Plank- 1 minute

5 minute jog/sprint interval

Try and finish this twice, it was hard the 2nd time but push through it, you got this!!
