I STARTED WITH A 5 MINUTE JOG ON THE TREADMILL FOR A WARM-UP.

LEG PRESS- 20 REPS

CLOSE GRIP SEATED ROW- 25 REPS

RUSSIAN TWISTS ON STABILITY BALL- 40 REPS

INCLINE BENCH FLIES- 20 REPS

DUMBBELL BACK EXTENSIONS- 20 REPS

DUMBBELL OVERHEAD PRESS- 20 REPS

Try to complete three sets with a minute rest between sets.  I followed with 15 minutes of cardio and a cool down of 3 mins fast pace walk on the treadmill.
