The first 6 days of the challenge are behind us. Two of the days were horrible due to a nasty head cold I had, but I am feeling much better now and pushing through my workouts. No excuses, even when I feel like i’m dying I try to push through my workouts. I did take it easy on the weights this last week although, if you don’t have much energy it’s not safe to lift heavy weights and risk hurting yourself. I did get my morning runs in along with my the first 6 days of my 30 day winter goal challenge that can be found in my workouts. It’s not too late to join today.
