Tonight’s workout was brought to you by several months of laziness and regret of not working out. I am not going to lie I about died but here is a great back to working out workout.

Arm Day

Chin ups: Body weight only four reps of 5 yes I only did 5 haha.

Cable straight bar push down: 4 reps of 10 with 15 lbs weight.

Hammer curls: 4 sets of 10, 12 pound dumb bells.

Alternating incline dumb bell bicep curls: 4 sets of 8, 12 pound dumb bell.

Bar bell curl: 4 sets of 10, 15 pounds.

Cable overhead triceps extension: 4 sets of 8, 20 pounds.

Concentration curl: 4 sets of 8, 12 pound weight.

Skullcrusher: 5 sets of 8, 20 pound weight.

Then I finished with a two mile run, first thing in the morning I plan on getting on the elliptical for 40 minutes before work. If I can do it so can you! Follow me for all my workouts this week. Tomorrow I will take measurements and track my progress feels good to FINALLY get back at it and stick to it!
