  3. Bicycles on your side
  4. Leg circles
  5. Inner Thigh lift
  6. Side lunges
  7. Side to side Plies
  8. Sumo Squat with 5 second hold at the bottom
  9. Side shuffle switch
  10. Donkey kicks
  11. Fire hydrants

 

Do three rounds of 15 reps and work through the burn!!  Add ankle weights for an extra burn.  Rome wasn’t build in a day either was your body.  You got this I believe in you!
