What is carb cycling?  It is when you eat varying amounts of carbohydrates in a given day.  Rotate the amounts of carbs depending on the day.  For example let’s say on day one is a lower carb day, so you want to consume less than 70 grams of carbohydrates.  Day two is a high protein, low carb day.  Try to eat less than 50 grams of carbs but keep your protein high.  Especially if you are training or lifting you want to keep your protein over 120 grams to fuel your body.  Day three is a no carb day.  Fewer than 25 grams but again keep your protein over 120 grams.  Make sure you are consuming greens with every meal.  I use Yoli lean greens to help me with my weight loss.
