Let’s put a little fun spin on working out, grab a deck of cards and let’s see if you can get through the whole deck.  Grab your friends this will be fun.

Spades- Push-ups

Hearts- Hip raises

Clubs- Squat jumps

Diamonds- Burpees

 

When you get a number do that many reps.  When you get a Jack that is 11 reps, a queen is 12 reps, a king is 13 Reps.  If you get an Ace try doing these:

Ace of Hearts- 30 Second Mountain Climbers

Ace of Diamonds- 30 Second Bridge Hold

Ace of Spades- 1 minute Wall sit

Ace of Clubs-  1 Minute Plank
