Here is a great HIIT workout to burn fat all day long.  I prefer to do these workouts in the morning but feel free to do them anytime that works best for you.  Now get it!

Alternating Curtsy lunge bicep curls- 15 each side

High knees- 25

Squat snow angels- 15

Skaters- 15 each side

Bent over rows 15 each side

Jumping Jacks 45

Burpees- 15

Leg lift pull over combo 15

Mountain climbers 40

Push-up to T- 15

Biceps curls 12 each side

Repeat all exercises at least three times.  Go for four if you want an extra burn!  Great job everyone.
