This arm workout is killer, mine were sore for days so I wanted to share it with all of you.  Enjoy!

Barbell Bicep curls-

3 times with 10 reps each

Preacher Curls-

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Hammer Curls-

3 times with 8-10reps each

Cable Curls-

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Seated Bi-cep Curls

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Overhead Tri-cept extensions

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Tri-cep Push down-

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Skull Crushers-

3 times with 8-10 reps each

Tri-cep Dips-

3 times with 12 reps each

 

This one you will feel for the next couple of days, make sure you stretch well and I sat in the sauna for 20 minutes afterward.
