Everyone wants Carrie Underwoods legs admit it!  This workout is designed to maximize fat loss while toning and defining leg and glute muscles.  Do this workout at least twice a week for optimal results.

1. Squats (wide stance squats with dumbbells or barbell)
2. Stiff Legged Dead lifts
3. Dumbbell Lunges
4. Leg Press
5. Leg Extensions
6. Leg Curl
7. Step-ups
8. Calf Raises

Rest for 15 seconds after each motion and 1 minute before starting the whole round again.  Try to get three to four rounds in if you can.  If not work your way up to the four rounds, you can do it!
