Rest for 10 Seconds
Squats for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Jumping Jacks for 45 Seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Triceps Dips for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Wall sit for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Chair Step Ups for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Plank for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Mountain Climbers for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Crunches for 45 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Repeat 3 times for a great body burn. If you can’t do three at first try for two rounds and work your way up. I love doing this first thing in the morning before I have any time to think about it. Have a great day!!
