Yes it was hard. The first day was the worst. I felt tired, drained, and hungry. The following is all I consumed each day: Fun or Passion 3 times a day, 3 Yoli Enzymes 4x a day, loading dose of Yoli Alkalete, and hydrated with 1 liter of water for every 50 pounds of body weight. I can’t stress enough it was hard but I did it. I wanted to quit halfway through the second day, but I just keep going. When I was almost through it I felt dizzy, weak, and nauseous. I didn’t think I could continue but I had a glass of water and went to bed. The point in fasting is to enhance your weight loss prior to starting a program such as the Yoli Better Body Program. Today I start with day one on my diet plan. I will update you with pictures of my progress weekly. I included my pictures of the scale and my body measurements. In total I lost about five and a half pounds during the 48 hours and got a great jump-start on my diet plan by prepping and getting ready for the week coming up. Do not work out while doing the detox! You will not have the energy or the will power trust me.
