Here is an example of what my meal day looks like.  There is  so many combinations of foods you can eat with Yoli so I wanted to share a sample day.

Wake up- Passion drink, Alkalete, and morning cardio routine

30 minutes later- Yes shake with added fruit of your choice

Mid morning snack- 1 boiled egg and cauliflower

Lunch-  Bacon wrapped turkey and sweet potato fries

Afternoon snack- Cheese stick wrapped in deli ham and greek vanilla yogurt.  Cardio and weights workout routine

Dinner- Yes shake

Bed time- 2 pure and Alkalete
