Here is what my protein day schedule looks like:
Wake up- Passion Drink, Alkalete, and Morning Cardio
30 minutes later- Yes shake
Mid morning snack- 1 boiled egg and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch- Lettuce wrap with Turkey, cheese, green onion, avocado and mayo
Afternoon snack- Cheese stick and sliced cucumber
Dinner- Yes shake (can be switched with previous meal)
Bed time- 2 pure and Alkalete
