No Gym No Problem workout

 

Sure everyone can’t get to the gym everyday and plus if you are on vacation there may not be one available.  Here is a workout you can do in your own living room or even YOUR hotel room.  Easy and convenient right!

 

Full Body Workout

ABS:

CRUNCHES- 30 TO 40 REPS

CROSS CRUNCHES- 30-40 REPS EACH

TOE TOUCH CRUNCH- 25 REPS

PLANK- 1 MINUTE

ARMS:

PUSH-UP TO SIDE PLANK- 20 REPS EACH SIDE

TRICEP KICKBACKS- 20 REPS EACH SIDE

BUTT:

DONKEY KICKS- 40 EACH SIDE

BRIDGE- 30 REPS

LUNGES- 30 EACH SIDE

FULL SQUATS- 40 REPS

LEGS:

CALF RAISES- 30 REPS

INNER THIGH LIFT- 30 REPS

STANDING LEG RAISES- 30 REPS EACH SIDE

SINGLE LEG DEAD LIFTS- 30 REPS EACH SIDE

 

Don’t forget the cardio, go for a run outside or if a pool is available go for a swim.  This is a great workout for when you can’t get to the gym, no equipment needed.   Feel free to add in weights, pets, children, or whatever you have on hand for an extra bonus.  Have fun and get your workout on!
