50- Jumping Jacks

25- Butt Kicks

10- Push-ups

35- Crunches

30- Sit-ups

20- Squats

25- Lunges (each leg)

60- Second plank

60- Sec Wall sit

Try and get three rounds in resting in between each set.  If you have weights and want to add them for an extra burn feel free.
