Chocolate Shake

CHOCOLATE SHAKE

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk or other unsweetened milk of your choice (coconut milk works great)

3/4 to 1 cup of ice (crushed or cubed)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Yoli Yes Vanilla)

1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 to 1/2 medium banana (or sweetener of your choice: Agave, Stevia, Dates)

 

Instructions:

Put all together in your blender and blend away
