LOW CARB ENERGY BITES

Ingredients:

  • Packet Vanilla Yes protein shake (I use Yoli Protein shakes)
  • Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • TBSP Honey
  • TSP Pure Vanilla
  • TSP Coconut Oil
  • TBSP Flaxseed

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, put in the freezer for about 20 minutes to help roll into balls.  Pull out of the freezer and roll into balls, place in an air tight container and store in the freezer.
