Pasta Salad



12 oz tri-color rotini

8 oz mozzarella cheese cubed

1 bottle of itailian dressing

2 roma tomatoes diced

3 stalks celery sliced

Black olives sliced (optional)



Bring a pot of water to boil.  Add tri-color rotini.  Cook 10-12 minutes or until noodles are al dente.  Strain and run under cold water to cool and prevent noodles from continuing to soften.  Place in large bowl.


Add mozzarella, tomatoes, celery, and black olives.  Refrigerate to chill.  Add Italian dressing before serving.


*only add cheese once pasta has cooled or the cheese will melt
