Pumpkin Chocolate Protein Bars

These protein bars are super tasty and a perfect fall Pre or Post work out snack! They are also very easy to make!

Ingredients:
•1 1/2 scoops  YES Vanilla protein powder
•2 eggs
•1 cup pure pumpkin
•1/4 cup honey
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•cinnamon (to your liking)
•dark chocolate chips (optional, can also use raisins or nuts)

 

    Directions:
1. Mix together eggs, pumpkin, and honey.
2. Stir in dry ingredients and then pour into a non-stick baking pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
4. Cut into squares and store in a sealed container or ziploc baggies to grab and go. Enjoy!
