All you need is two dice and plenty of room of room.  Try to get 10 to 12 dice rolls in before completing your workout.

If you roll:

2- 20 Lunges

3- 30 Crunches

4- 40 Squats

5- 50 Jumping Jacks

6- 20 Push- ups

7- 40 High knees

8-  35 Mountain climbers

9- 15 Burpees

10- 25 Skaters (each side)

11- 100 Jump ropes

12- 40 Butt kicks
