Here are some of my favorite Pre and Post workout snacks that are healthy and easy.
Pre Workout Snacks:
Dried Fruit
Fresh Fruits
Oatmeal
Quinoa
Rice Cakes with Nut Butter
Banana with Almond Butter
Smoothie
Whole grain cereal with a cup of Almond milk
Granola or fruit and nut bar such as KIND or Larabar

Post Workout Snacks:
Chocolate Milk
Boiled Eggs
Protein Shakes
Protein Bars
Cottage Cheese with berries
Greek Yogurt with berries
Peanut Butter on Wheat toast
Hummus with Baby Carrots
Cheese and whole grain crackers
Nuts
All of these are quick and easy and always help me push through my workouts and also I have to have a Protein shake within thirty minutes after my workouts. Hopefully this helps you find what fuels your workouts!
