I have been MIA but I’m back! I know you all missed me and I missed you all. Here is the workout I did this morning followed by 30 minutes of cardio.
25- Squats
30 Second plank
25- Crunches
40- Jumping Jacks
15- Lunges (Each side)
30 Second wall sit
15- Sit-ups
10- Butt kicks
10- Push-ups
I repeated this routine twice today. Check in here tomorrow for another work out. We got this!!!
